Further information may be required for the authorization of an order before processing, this could include but is not limited to telephone verification/authorization of the order and other personal information deemed necessary to verify the order. The decision to require additional authorization is done solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or delay the shipment of any order if fraud is suspected. Any order along with any information gathered in the placement of the order that is suspected to be fraudulent will be submitted to law enforcement agencies for prosecution, as well as to the credit card companies for fraud investigation. We will cooperate with all pertinent authorities to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law. No person under the age of 18 may use the site and services without the expressed consent of a parent or legal guardian. I confirm, I have received all materials and products as they were described from BETTER FUTURE hereby listed in these terms. I confirm products listed in membership have been received and are satisfactory to his/her purchase. I certify that I am at least eighteen years of age.I acknowledge that I have read and understand the operating service agreement and I agree to all terms and conditions set forth in each operating and service agreement. I authorize BETTER FUTURE to begin hosting my website immediately. I have read and understand the Terms of Use Agreement contained in my welcome package and I am aware that the success of my referral membership depends upon advertising for which I am solely responsible. Educational materials provided by BETTER FUTURE are suggestions provided by BETTER FUTURE , and member is using at his/her discretion. Member understands that staff will be provided to assist member by appointment only. Any outstanding grievances and concerns can be sent to info@betterfuture.biz
After services are rendered and provided by SaveMyMoney, a subsidiary of BETTER FUTURE all clients are notified of transaction and charges subsequent to services provided by BETTER FUTURE . Client satisfaction is confirmed and recorded to authorize BETTER FUTURE to charge for all services provided by the counseling and coaching advisory team at BETTER FUTURE before transaction for those services are finalized and charged by BETTER FUTURE
LEGAL NOTICE: EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT OUR PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS. RESULTS WILL VARY PER PERSON. Client also agrees SERVICES have been rendered, and will get continued to get rendered. Client hereby agrees that he/she has given verbal authorization for BETTER FUTURE to authorize charges of services and fully understands that BETTER FUTURE will continue offering Membership Service & provide access to client’s virtual back office for 2 years for no additional fees. Once membership has been paid, all sales are final.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the inducement or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Larimer County, Colorado in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
All claims and disputes, other than those required to be the subject of arbitration hereunder, arising directly or indirectly from this Agreement, shall be resolved in the federal or state courts situated in Larimer County, Colorado .No other court shall have jurisdiction over such matters and venue shall not be appropriate in any other location.
